3M Tegaderm I.V:

A breathable dressing, impermeable to liquids, bacteria and viruses. Designed for I.V. applications, the dressing is notched and reinforced with a soft cloth border to provide a better seal and reduced edge lift around catheters and other devices.

• Sterile tape strips are provided to assist with improved catheter securement
• Breathable film allows oxygen in and moisture out
• Transparent dressings allow easy monitoring of I.V. sites without the need to remove the dressing
• Framed delivery system allows for one-handed application and prevents dressing sticking to itself
• Sterile, waterproof dressing provides a breathable bacterial and viral barrier* to outside contaminants and allows the patient to shower
• Most dressings include a date label to assist clinicians with documentation of date of insertion
• Larger-sized dressing (1616) is suitable to cover sutureless securement devices
